Be honest, you’ve lost track of the “Marvel Cinematic Universe” (MCU) in cinemas and on Disney+ for a long time, haven’t you? In what chronological order do all the films and series play? But help is coming and you can already order it from Amazon.
It’s May 1st, 2008, “Iron Man”, a so-called superhero film, is starting in German cinemas. Very few people outside of the comic bubble have heard of this “Iron Man”, but they have heard of the actor who went with it, but Robert Downey Jr. is better known for his former drug addiction and the antics associated with it.
Marvel Mayhem: First Official MCU Timeline Book Announced
15 years later it looks different, the “Marvel Cinematic Universe” (MCU) is that by far the most successful film franchise of all time. To date, 31 cinema films and umpteen series form a world of their own. But theirs chronological sequence is not always very clear, also because the films and series contradict each other here and there. Nevertheless, everyone, including GIGA, makes a lot of effort to bring some order into the chaos. It’s just not really official. But this will change, because on September 5, 2023 a very special book will be published by DK-Verlag. Marvel Studios The Marvel Cinematic Universe An Official Timeline was written in collaboration with those responsible at Marvel Studios and will therefore be the binding compendium for the official timeline of all films and series at Disney + in the future.
