Why the GameAndNews Crypto Desk Exists

Ask five different platforms what one USDT costs in Naira right now and you can get five different answers — P2P order books on different exchanges routinely diverge by 10 to 40 Naira within the exact same minute, because each marketplace has its own merchants, liquidity and demand. For Nigerians who receive payments, save, or trade in stablecoins, that invisible gap is real money lost on every conversion.

GameAndNews.com ("Naira Rate Pro") was built to make that gap visible. Our terminal polls the public P2P order books of leading exchanges — Bybit, OKX, Bitget, Quidax and Luno — and lines their live buy and sell quotes up side by side, next to the official Central Bank of Nigeria rate, so anyone can compare before they transact. What began as a small internal rate-checking tool for our own desk is now a free public service used by traders, freelancers, remote workers and businesses across Nigeria.

• No sponsored price manipulation: quotes are pulled programmatically from public order books. No exchange or merchant can pay to improve a rate, ranking or comparison shown here.
• Non-custodial, always: we never handle funds, never execute trades and never request private keys, passwords or wallet access. If anyone claiming to be us asks for those, it is a scam.
• Sources shown, not hidden: every quote is attributed to its exchange, and our Methodology page explains how aggregation and normalisation work.
• Corrections: if you spot a wrong figure or a broken feed, tell us — verified errors are corrected and, where material, noted.

GameAndNews is an independent digital publishing and market-data project. The crypto desk is run by a small team of developers and market watchers who maintain the aggregation engine, monitor feed quality and write the guides on this site. We are not affiliated with any exchange, the Central Bank of Nigeria, or any government agency.
