We cannot access, unlock, or intervene in accounts on Bybit, OKX, Bitget, Quidax, Luno or any other platform; we cannot release escrowed funds, reverse transfers or recover lost cryptocurrency. For those issues, contact the exchange's own support — and never share your password, private keys or one-time codes with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from this website. We will never ask for them.
